Introductory Post
Romans 11:36
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.(ESV)
We are not random.
We are not forgotten.
We are not merely dust.
We were created for a purpose—by a God who is limitless—yet chose to form us in limitation.
This series is my attempt to follow that thread.
Not to rewrite doctrine. Not to chase mystery for mystery’s sake.
But to build something structured, scriptural, and honest—layer by layer.
Why This Series Exists
Over the years, I’ve found myself asking questions that few people seem ready—or willing—to ask out loud.
Questions like:
- Why would an all-sufficient God create anything at all?
- What role does limitation serve in the divine plan?
- Why are we described as both dust and divine image-bearers?
- What does it truly mean to “return to God” after death?
- Why is marriage used as the metaphor for Christ and the Church?
This isn’t a philosophical exercise.
It’s a theological one.
Rooted in Scripture.
Tethered to Christ.
And developed with careful distinction between what the Bible says and what we are exploring through it.
What You Can Expect
Each post in this series is structured like a thesis chapter. You’ll find three distinct parts in nearly every entry:
- Scriptural Foundation – Clear, contextual passages to anchor each idea in the Word.
- Theological Reflection – Reasoned, biblically aligned implications that grow from the text.
- Theoretical Expansion – When appropriate, deeper questions or models that extend the framework. These are always labeled clearly as theory, not doctrine.
If I speculate, I say so.
If I teach from Scripture, I show it.
This is not an attempt to claim authority—only to walk faithfully with what I’ve been given to see. I don’t expect this to be for everyone.
But I believe it will resonate with those who are ready to wrestle with deeper purpose.
When Posts Will Release
This series will be posted on weekends only to give space for reflection and reduce noise.
Weekday devotionals will continue in their usual tone and rhythm.
How to Follow Along
Each post after this one will follow this format:
From Dust to Divinity: Post N
[Subtitle]
I’ll update this intro post with links as each part goes live.
Final Word Before We Begin
This is not light reading.
But it’s not beyond you either.
If you’ve ever felt like the story of Scripture has more to say about who you are, why you’re here, and where this all leads—
this series is for you.
You are not just surviving the veil of time.
You are walking a path with purpose—a journey that begins in dust
and ends in divinity.
Let’s begin.
