| Speaks to confuse you and lie to you in hate. | Speaks to correct you and guide you in love. |
| Wants you to accept his punishment. | Wants you to accept His love. |
| Is in the world. | The holy spirit is in you. |
| Prefers us to be alone so that we are easy targets. | Prefers us in groups discussing His will for out lives. |
| Wants us to be afraid. | Tells us says not to fear, for He is with us. |
| Will lie to us in hopes that we will hurt ourselves or others. | Will tells the truth so that we can grow stronger for the kingdom. |
| Wants us to choose ourselves and our own ambitions. | Says, “Whoever loses his life for my sake will find it”. |
| Brings the flames hoping we will melt under the pressure. | Uses those flames to soften the clay and mold us into His image. |
| Wants us to lay down our lives in despair. | Laid down His life that we would not despair. |
