Walking With Christ

No verse today. Just a prayer. It seems like somebody needed to hear this today. God loves you.

Father,
Thank you for another day to come into Your presence and enjoy Your love and grace. Thank you for the person reading this email. Thank you for their heart to listen to You and seek Your will. Thank You, Lord, for the work You are doing in and through their life. You know where they are and what is going on around them. You know the joys and struggles they are experiencing right now. Pour out Your spirit on them. Remind them that You are a God who meets us where we are. Your arms are always open. Increase their joy to unbelievable levels. Give them peace that only You could give. Show them favor as they go through their day. Let them boldly rest in You.
Remind them, Lord, that You are the founder and finisher of their faith. Remind them that it was You who planted the seeds of their salvation long before the first stone was placed at the foundation of the world. Let them know that You are with them always and delight to share in their joy. Let them know why You call us sheep and remind them to put all of their burdens down at Your holy feet. We ask, Father, that You give them peace that surpasses understanding, wisdom, strength, and guidance in whatever they are going through.
We thank You for what You have already done and what You are going to do. We love You and praise You. We worship Your holy name. May we live lives that are wholly pleasing to You, Father. Let us grow ever closer to You.
